Requirement

Create a WKD customer venue takeover to deliver a Gold Level brand experience for the student audience. The activity needed to feel like a city takeover, across circuit bars and late night venues to add value to the trade and consumers.

Response

Across an 8 week period we created a city takeover which saw us showcase the playful WKD personality through gamified experiences and on the spot prizes at designated Stonegate Pubs venues.


During the day, a corn hole challenge where customers compete against the clock to sink as many sand bags as possible to win a bottle of WKD blue. As night fell, students were encouraged to make their way to Popworld to take on our ‘Finders Keepers’ ball pit challenge.


Students had just 1 minute to find 7 lettered balls amongst thousands of unlettered balls to spell out “WKDSIDE”. Those who did won a bottle of WKD, merch and the chance to win a trip to Amsterdam.
