At Raptor Marketing Limited (Raptor) we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. When you are browsing our website we have some essential cookies in use, this makes the website work and ensures the security of the website. You can disable these cookies, but it will significantly affect the way the website works for you.
When you take part in a campaign, or participate in research we will gather contact details and basic information from you, to ensure that you can proceed with the research. We will also ask you for payment details so we can pay you for taking part. At the beginning of each research project, you will be provided with details about how your information will be collected, stored and shared. When you become a client, we will need certain information to be able to work with you effectively. This will include contact and billing information as well as business information to understand your market research needs. Raptor will also keep you up to date with developments in market research and invite you to events which may be of interest, you can unsubscribe from these if you do not wish to receive them.
When subscribing to our newsletter, we ask for your name and email address. This allows us to personalise our communications with you. You will remain on the mailing list until you withdraw your consent by unsubscribing. You can unsubscribe at any time, either by using the unsubscribe option in any of our newsletters or by emailing hello@raptor-london.co.uk. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
When you make an enquiry via email, the information in the email will only be used to respond to your request or question. We try to respond to email queries as promptly as possible, but it can take the team up to 48 hours to respond to email queries especially at busy times, so please be patient with us.
Occasionally, we may run a prize draw for our subscribers. We will be clear at the time about the terms and conditions of the draw and will not publicly disclose the name of the winner unless we have their consent to do so.

We ensure that only those employees and partners, who need access to your personal information as part of their business role, are given access. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and our contracts ensure that the information is kept confidential.
